Just chatted to the workshop manager of VW steaIership in Braamfontein relating to the radio codes for á VW Polo. Thé work shop manger (Leon) suggested that they are usually incapable to provide a radio code without having the actual vehicle present. All you need is a VIN from any VW 2009 or so + and the serial number etched on the side of the radio that starts with VWZ4Z7. It's 14 digits long and also on the sticker on the top. The sticker on the top is 15 digits long, just take off the last number or letter.
